Isolates air conditioning unit
Loss of cool air from cooling unit. Fan will still run.
CB-GSMR
Isolates GSM-R control panel
Loss of GSM-R.
CGB
Isolates main compressor governor
Both main compressors will not run.
CSB
Isolates compressor synchronising circuit.
Compressors will run independently (no effect on a single unit).

Isolates control circuits (control positive)
Emergency brake application, loss of interlock, BIL lights flashing, GSM-R, WSP (cannot be bypassed using EBS if in leading cab).
ECB
Isolates thryistors and motors on that DMS
Loss of speedometer.

Isolates door control circuits on entire train
No door power, no interlock light, BIL lights illuminated where tripped.

Isolates brake controller
Emergency brake application (if in intermediate cabs, no effect until unit splits)
TPWS
Isolates TPWS/AWS systems
Emergency brake application, no AWS or flashing brake demand light on TPWS panel. If unable to reset, use the full TPWS isolation flap and apply relevant rules.
HLB
Isolates headlight
Loss of headlight.
CH-CB
Isolates cab heat
No heating from cab heater and fan will not work.
ALB1
Isolates auxiliary lighting
Loss of internal cab light, destination light, one marker and one tail light.
ALB2
Isolates auxiliary lighting
Loss of one tail and one marker light.
