A
The flag state’s requiements for the ship to comply with the convention
Filled in by the attending surveyor
Identifies topics of inspection

What is DMLC part 2
A
The company’s responce to the flag state with how they are going to comply with the requirements of the regulation
Filled in by the ship owner
Part 2 must be kept and displayed on your ship
E.g when employing a crew member , in the office one of the checks on the checklist is to check the passport and the age is over 16 or over 18
