What is a DLP policy?
A guardrail to help prevent users from unintentionally exposing business data.
What is the scope of a DLP policy?
DLP policies can be scoped at the tenant or environment level.
What scope can you apply in a tenant level DLP policy?
All environments
Selected environments
All environments except those specifically excluded.
Where do you manage/create DLP policies?
In the Power Platform Admin Center.
What are the categories a connector can be classified as in a DLP policy?
Non-business
Business
Blocked
When would you classify a connector as non-business?
When it hosts personal/individual data.
When would you classify a connector as business?
When it hosts business data.
When would you classify a connector as blocked?
When you want to restrict the connector’s use across environments.
What two roles allow you to create DLP policies?
Tenant Admin and Environment Admin.
