Fluid replacement
If BP <90sys give 1L 0.9%saline over 15 mins

Then give 1L over 1,2,2,4,4,6

What is the 2nd line management of fluids

A

insulin 0.1unit per kg/hour

When blodd flu is less than 14mmol/L either give 3 units an hour
Or
0.1unit/kg/he and add in 10% glucose
