Can not divorce from sacrament of marriage and annulment I can only happen in strict circumstances
Legal separation can happen if health and safety of couple or child but remain married in gods eyes so can not remarry

Do not encourage but allow divorce and remarriage

Statement that marriage was not valid - Catholics can remarry if also get legal divorce
