What is the Christian view on Divorce?

A

Catholics are totally against divorce. They a couple should never get divorce because you are breaking God intention of marriage and Breaking Vows,but they say the couple can live apart

Non-Catholics say Divorce is Allowed only after everything has been tried and it should be the last resort.They refer to Jesus teachings where divorce was allowed for Adultery.

What is the Muslim view on Divorce

A

In Islam divorce is allowed but it should be the last resort after the ‘Iddah’ where the couple are given 3 months for reconciliation.divorce can if brings unhappiness to the couple,Childrens, and Relatives.
In Divorce the husband has to give the last of part of ‘mahr’
