A

Focuses on how a team approaches a task.

What is the Herzberg Theory?

A

A two factor motivational theory based on hygiene and motivational factors.

Motivational factors include: empowerment, job enlargement and job enrichment. So workers work harder.

Hygiene factors include: remuneration, comfortable working conditions and annual leave entitlement. Workers become demotivated if these factors are not met.
