Why is it important to have a diverse work force?
A
Encourages wider inclusion/diversity across a company/the sector as a whole, enhances reputation, greater market attractiveness.

What is the RICS doing to promote diversity and inclusion in the industry?
A
Launched the Inclusive Employer Quality Mark (IEQM) in 2015 as a response to the sector being behind other professions in moving towards a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
Based on four key principles:
- Leadership
- Recruitment
- Culture
- Development
