People must have the opportunity to participate from discussions, must feel part of the group and must feel free to present their believes and perspective.

People must feel safe to express their point of view and they must feel included. People produce more and companies are more profitable on inclusive environment.

It is related to the integrity, is related to put time on the agenda to attend your team on equal way

It means to be humble to be vulnerable, courage to understand your limitations.

It is related to understand the limitations, treat people fairly. It is related on how you interact with human beings.
Which are the additional challenges at the current moment?
We were used to discuss face to face, to ask and give feedback, but now we have to do it by digital media, it is challenging to take difficult decisions, it is difficult to build new relationships when everything is virtual.
Which are the impacts from people working at home?
The uncertainties, the balance with the workload and the relationships. To think on diversity and inclusion requires a lot of energy, when we feel overwhelming we reduce the cognitive capacity that is need.
Which is the main meaning from diversity?
This includes their demographic differences, backgrounds, multiple identities, their unique experiences, perspectives, knowledge, abilities, ideas,…
Which is the meaning of Equity?
Equity it’s about enduring that all people have equal access to opportunities and their fair treatment, and enduring eliminator from discriminatory practices systems laws, policies, social norms, and cultural traditions.
Which is the main meaning from bringing?
Belonging focused on the person experience within a setting they are welcomed, structures exists to ensure fairness, they feel they can be their full, authentic self within a group.
