Euclidean Distance

The equation used to understand the distance between a and b points on a graph (hypotenuse).
for n = 1, d (e, f ) = √(e −f )2 = |e −f |.

Manhattan Distance
A
Similar to Euclidean distance, however it uses the graph points to calculate distance. (opposite + adjacent).
