What type of calls should be dis positioned under DO NOT CALL or SHIFT + D?

A

If the person is aggressive, rude or threatening. If he or she insists more than twice to be put on the DNC list or asks twice to be removed. If the person doesn’t qualify either ‘cause they have a contract or no insurance. Roof is less than 3yrs. with no damage. Or if they have a HOA or they live in an apt. condo, etc.
