thought form= how thoughts link together
thought content= contents of your thoughts
what is the difference between overvalued ideas and obsessions
overvalued ideas= thoughts that people have that people don’t often have but are not problematic
obsessions= thoughts that you don’t want to have but can’t get rid of- often problematic
persecutory thoughts vs paranoia vs grandiosity vs nihilism
paranoia= people are against me
persecutory thought= people are out to harm me
grandiosity= I am the best
nihilism= I am dead

hallucination= a perceptual experience without a stimulus that appears subjectively real
illusion= a false perception of a real stimulus
