Social Neglect/deprivation (e.g. lack of basic emotional needs for comfort, stimulation, and affection) met by caregiving adults
Criterion C Part 2
Repeated changes of primary caregivers to form stable attachments (frequent changes in Foster care)
Criterion C Part 3
Rearing in unusual settings that limit opportunities to form selective attachments (like an orphanage w/ high child:caregiver ratios)

Must have developmental age of at least 9 months
