A

Some people will have none. Others may notice mild blurriness in their central vision or trouble seeing in low light.

What are the symptoms of Late Stage Atrophic Macular Degeneration?

A

Straight lines will start to look wavy. Blurriness in the center of vision that gets bigger. Blank spots. Colors may be less bright. trouble seeing in low light.

A

Atrophic AMD. Advanced Neovascular AMD is a less common form of Late Stage Atrophic Macular Degeneration.

When does Dry AMD become Wet AMD?

A

Dry AMD can become Wet at any point, the abnormal blood vessels grow in the back of the eye, damaging the macula and causing bleeding and leakage.
