What’s the difference b/t case studies and case presentations?

- Studies = written
- Presentations = oral

What info do case studies need to include?
A
- Demography (name, age, sex, race, height, weight)
- Fam history (parents, sibs, relatives w/ CVDs or have died of CVDs)
- Medical history (diseases/conditions, meds, present and past)
- Behavior and risk factor assessment (obesity, BP, cholesterol, blood glucose, drugs, activity level)
- Physical exam findings
- Resting ECG findings
- GXT findings
- Results
- Prognosis and treatment suggestions
