What info do case studies need to include?

A
  • Demography (name, age, sex, race, height, weight)
  • Fam history (parents, sibs, relatives w/ CVDs or have died of CVDs)
  • Medical history (diseases/conditions, meds, present and past)
  • Behavior and risk factor assessment (obesity, BP, cholesterol, blood glucose, drugs, activity level)
  • Physical exam findings
  • Resting ECG findings
  • GXT findings
  • Results
  • Prognosis and treatment suggestions
