A
A frustrated contract cannot become void, rather it is a question of whether it will be terminated.

What does frustration look towards?
A
It terminates a contract only in relation to the future.
-Party’s do not have to perform their remaining obligations, but obligations before the contract becomes frustrated must be performed.
