What the the Directorate duties
- meets once every 6 months
- meet immediately preceding the Boule
- meet after Boyle closes when out going the and newly elected meet for business. This meeting is for transferring records between positions
- handles AKA business when Boule is not in session
- deliberates on policies of the Organization

- Undergrad activities Chair

- Monitors all receipts and expenditures for corporate office
- presents budget for Boule to approve

- provides interpretation of bylaws and constitution and Roberts rule of order

Regional Directors Duties
- resides in her region through her term (exception is the int. Regional director)
- establishes and supervises chapters in a region
- address all problems with every chapter in region
- notifies chapter of MIP candidate approval
- presides over every cluster, chapter retreat, and undergrad round up
- she had voting privileges on boule and directorate
Undergrad at large duties
- assist 2nd supreme anti-Basileus on program design, developing, and coordinating AKA program for Undergrad chapters
- serves on undergrad committee
