Nous avons pris l’avion de Glasgow à Paris et puis le bus de l’aéroport jusqu’a notre destination.
We took the plane from Glasgow to Paris and then the bus from the airport to our destination.
Le voyage était long et fatigant mais j’ai regardé un film et bavardé avec mes amis.
The journey was long and tiring but I watched a film and chatted with my friends.
J’ai logé chez une famille Française.
I stayed with à French family.
Ils s’appelaient les Martin.
They were called the Martins.
Ils étaient gentils et accueillants mais j’admets que ma famille me manquait.
They were nice and welcoming but I must admit I missed my family.
Le matin, je travaillais dans un café.
Every morning I worked in a cafe.
Pour gagner de l’argent.
To earn money.
Je prenais les commandes
I used to take orders.
Je servais les clients.
I served customers.
Je mettais les tables
I set tables
C’était fantastique mais fatigant.
It was fantastic but tiring.
Les clients étaient patients avec mes problémes de langue.
The customers were patient with my language problems.
