A

HIghest number of votes win even if its one more percent than the next one. THE PARTY WITH THE MOST VOTES WIN !!

What is PR ?

A

Instead of a simple majorty like FPTP, in PR everyones vote would be propotionaly represnted. The percentage of votes yu get is the number of seats you have in parliment.
