Raw tuna, diced sweet potato, sliced baby turnip, citrus segments, aguachile (citrus & hot sauce marinade)
Crab boil praline sweet potato
Roasted sweet potato, crab fat praline crumble, crab boil marshmallow fluff. Garnished with crab fat butter and chive pecan praline
Blackened Gulf Fish or Seared Tuna
5-7oz piece of gulf fish DJ or yellow fin #2. Sweet potato risotto, chicory chimichurri (chicory, lemon, parsley, oregano, garlic, vinegar, olive oil)
Filet Mignon
6oz choice filet, grilled to temp. Served over roasted garlic mashed potatoes and topped with andouille steak sauce (andouille & house meuniere)
Grilled Pork Ribeye
8oz boneless pork ribeye, roasted half moon potatoes tossed with wilted spinach. Served with french au jus and tobacco onions.
Winter Cacio è Pepe
House made spaghetti, pecorino romano, winter squash puree and roasted butternut squash
Charbroiled Oysters
Butter, Romano Cheese, Creole seasoning, shallots, garlic, parsley.
Can add crabmeat
Garnish with Lemon
