1. Online Application for allotment of DIN to CG in Form DIR-3
2. Dir affix digital sign
3. application verified digitlly by practicing CA,CW,CWA or CS in whole time employment or dir. of “the” existing company.
4. Register in mca.gov.in
5. Upload application there along with online payment of fees
6. Provisional DIN allotted
7. CG checks for incompletness/ defects and puts it in website
8. Dir should resubmit within 15 days.
9. Dir is allotted .

1. Intimate DIN to all cos. where he is dir within 1 month
2. Company shall intimate registrar within 15 days
3. Change in particulars of dir. , dir to intimate online within 30 days
