A

Small & inexspensive computers for use by individual users, they operate as standalone computers

Traits
- Range of sizes - Levels of power & capacity
- Lightweight - Portable

Examples
Desktops & laptops - more portable and have a built in battery, screen and keyboard

A

They are made with portability in mind to give people computer & internet access while on the go

A

Still - Images that do not move (photos). They occupy less storage space that moving images
Video - Moving images which consist a series of frames to make a film

A

Those which use a GPS reciever to locate the users position on a digital map & provide directions to a given destination.
They provide info about
- Road works - Accidents
- Weather - Traffic congestion

Example: car satnav which uses GPS location data with software to provide directions to a given destinationn when driving
