A
Net movement of particles from an area of high concentration to an area of low concentration.

How does diffusion happen?
A
In gasses and liquids, particles move randomly from place to place, this makes them change direction and eventually spread throughout the whole container or room

How does diffusion happen in our bodies?
A
Diffusion occurs in our cells when the nucleus allows cells to come into and out of the body.
