Totally LeTHAL Polioencephalomyelopathy in Dogs and Cats
Cat with acute onset generalized seizures, interictal behavior changes (ptyalism, aggressive behavior, dysphagia).
Feline hippocampal necrosis. Sometimes will also involve the piriform lobe. Unknown etiology. Contrast enhancement helps distinguish this from post-ictal changes.
