  • Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis
  • Posterior reversible leucoencephalopathy syndrome - Space-occupying lesions
  • Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome.
  • Syncope associated with cardiac arrhythmia, aortic stenosis, carotid sinus sensitivity, vasovagal syncope
  • Metabolic conditions such as hypoglycaemia, hyponatraemia and Addisonian crisis
