- Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis
- Posterior reversible leucoencephalopathy syndrome - Space-occupying lesions
- Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome.
- Syncope associated with cardiac arrhythmia, aortic stenosis, carotid sinus sensitivity, vasovagal syncope
- Metabolic conditions such as hypoglycaemia, hyponatraemia and Addisonian crisis
