Lateral periodontal cyst, unilocular:
Lateral radicular cyst, OKC, odontogenic tumor (ameloblastoma, squamous odontogenic tumor)
Multilocular lateral periodontal cyst:
OKC, ameloblastoma, central giant cell lesion,
unilocular or multilocular OKC associated with a tooth
dentigerous cyst, ameloblastoma, odontogenic myxoma, AOT, ameloblastic fibroma
unilocular or multilocular OKC not associated with a tooth:
Central giant cell lesion, traumatic bone cyst, aneurysmal bone cyst
Orthokeratinized odontogenic cyst:
dentigerous cyst, OKC, ameloblastic fibroma, amelobastoma
Granular Odontogenic cyst:

Calcifying Odontogenic Cyst (Gorlin’s Cyst), mixed:
AOT, CEOT, Odontoma, `Ameloblastic fibroma

sialolith, phlebolith
tonsilolith:
sialolith, phlebolith, cetral bone lesion
arterial calcification (atheroma):
Triticeous cartilage more and medial and oval to calcified carotid
Elongation of the styloid process or mineralization of the styloid ligament complex:

Chondrosarcoma:
chondroblastic osteosarcoma, chondroma, synovial chondromatosis involving the TMJ
Ewing’s sarcoma:
Metastatic neuroblastoma, Burkitt’s lymphoma, Osteosarcoma, Non-Hodgkins lymphoma, Garre’s osteomyelitis
Plasmactyome and MM:
metastatic carcinmoma, Lymphoma, Osteomyelitus, Langerhans cell histiocytosis
Burkitt’s Lymphoma:
Metastatic neuroblastoma, Osteosarcoma, Osteomyelitis, Non-hodgkin’s lymphoma, Ewing’s sarcoma, (NOT LANGERHAN’S)
