still hungry after feeds, reaching for your food, hungry beforefeeds, chewing fists

don’t force feed, never bribe the child, eat as a family, let the child help to prepare the food

liquid not tablets, follow instructions, check age appropriate, check use by dates, check for allergies
What is coeliac disease?
when people can not eat wheat or gluten, they can only eat gluten free foods

wash hands before cooking, sterile equipment, check use by dates, keep raw and cooked foods separate, cook food thoroughly, reheat food thoroughly
