It keeps you healthy and fit and it lessen the chance of you to having diseases such as lung and heart diseases.

Ecological factors : only eating the food you are given by your relatives.
Economic factors : only eating the food that you or your family can afford. Unhealthy food are more cheaper than healthy food.
Political factor : relying on the food given by the government.
Social factor: eating the food that can be bought near your home.
