50 mg/ tab
Take 1 tab tid as needed for abdominal pain
Dosage 50 mg/tab
Adult 3-4 tab/day. Max: 6 tab/day.
Prep for barium enema 4 tab/day for 3 days before exam.

Dosage
Cap Adult Initiate 100 mg as a single dose. Further treatment approx 8 hrly until cessation of diarrhea. Max: 300 mg daily. Duration of treatment: 7 days. Powd Childn & infant 1.5 mg/kg/dose, w/ 1 initial dose & 3 daily divided doses.
