Intrinsic motivation
Term used to describe the incentive we feel to complete a task simply because we find it interesting or enjoyable
Extrinsic motivation
What we feel when we complete a take for an external reward
Examples of Intrinsic motivation
Sports, Games, Art, Hobbies in general

Working a job, Studying to get a good grade, Doing makeup (if it’s for the purpose of feeling more attractive)
