Worse for pressure, Dark purple tongue, fixed stabbing pain
Blood Stagnation
Distending pain, tension (tight tendons), better for pressure, plum stone throat, restlessness (want to move, leg shaking, can’t keep still want to stretch)
Qi Stagnation
Fatigue, Pale swollen tongue, weak pulse, weak voice
Qi Xu
Cold limbs, no pain, can’t warm up, thirst for warm drinks
Yang xu
waking up and cant get back to sleep, red tongue with peeled coating
Yin Xu
pale complexion and tongue, floaters, poor short term memory, dry hair and brittle nails, tendons (hyperflexion) no pain, just weak
Can be due to cold also
Bld Xu
day to day energy, loose stool, fatigue in muscles, pencil shaped stools, teeth marks on tongue, sallow complexion, better for rest
Spleen qi Xu
dribble after urination (no muscle control to close sphincter), sore achey lwr back and weak knees (ache is dull), fatigue not better with rest
Kid qi Xu
night sweats, 5 palm sweats, malor flush
Kid Yin xu
poor appetite, no feeling of hunger or feels hunger but eats a littl. no malor or 5 palm sweats
Stm Yin xu
cold lwr back (no enviro cause), cant warm back up during the day (yang time), energy in eve but not day, edema, excessive clear copious urination
KId Yang xu
mental restlessness, Tip of tongue red and coating peels at tip, fast and thready pulse
Hrt yin xu
slow deep pulse, absence of sweating, chills (also with cold invasion), accumulation of fluids around heart (Heart not warming and moving), swelling in eyes and stuffy chest, stuttering (shen disturbed)
Productive sounds but not productive cough, feel cold, lack of joy
Hrt Yang Xu
Upper jiao, nausea vomitting, pounding, red on sides of tongue, tension in traps, angry
LYR
Does not affect eyes, mid jiao, distension in hypochondria, and diaphragm, bloated (another way to describe distended, can also be seen in spin qi xu)
Sighing, irritability
