Missing- distal epiphysis for fibula 9-22 months, talus-6 months, cuboid- birth-6months, lateral cuneiform -1year
NO MC 2 yrs, IC 3 yrs, or navicular, NO secondary centers in forefoot (2-8yrs)

Calcaneus = 3-5 miu
Talus = 6 miu
Cuboid = birth-6 m
Formation of Intermediate Cuneiform = 3 yrs (also see navicular forming)
MT 1 base = 3 yrs (heads of lateral MTs appear btw 3 & 4 yrs)
2nd MP base = 2-8 yrs (same time as all other phalangeal bases) AGE- 3 years
what is the age of this patient
Are the distal epiphyses of the fibula and tibia present? By 22 months
Are all tarsals present? By 3 yrs
Are all epiphyses of MTs present? By 4 years
Are all epiphyses of the phalanges present? By 8 years
What evidence is present or not present that indicates the patient is younger than 8 yrs old?
What second center of ossification appears by 8 years?
Calcaneal tuberosity (6-8 yrs).
