- preserved: proprioception and light touch
4
Q
Posterior cord
A
- results in proprioceptive loss
- preserved: pain, temperature, touch
- motor function is preserved to varying degrees

Inflammation of a vein in association with the formation of thrombus; usually in LE’s
- CVA, prolonged bed rest
- **Signs and Symptoms: may be asymptomatic at first; progressive inflammation with tenderness to palpation; change in LE’s temperature; color circumference; appearance of tenderness or pain;
- ***Requires immediate medical attention; can be life threatening
