what is the difference between gestational HTN vs chronic HTN vs pre-eclampsia?
A
gestational HTN is dx after 20 weeks and by at least two BP readings that are elevated in office
chronic HTN is dx before 20 weeks or even before pregnancy
pre-eclampsia is also dx after 20 weeks and with at elasat two elevated BP readings, but mom also has one of the following s/s:
-proteinuria
