My global of all tests
whole system can be evaluated with speech test. Not only test because doesn’t show site of lesion. also need to figure out what the problem is tho.

Differentiate diagnose
speech doesn’t tell site of lesion, diagnose one thing from the other.
Ex. running 2 tymps to check if its cerumen blocking vs perforated ear drum
Conductive pathway problem
youre locating the problem in the outer/middle ear zone. The point to be taken is that the faulty middle ear has a direct consequence on the speech
sensorineural loss
cochlear problems (think about what audiogram would look like)
