A
Devolution is the transfer of powers from central government to regional government

What happened under the GFA and what does this mean?
A
Westminster transferred legislative and executive powers to the NI Assembly and Executive Committee
It means the NI Executive makes laws and decisions on most issues affecting NI eg Health, education, roads and housing (these are called transferred matters)
