Stages of puberty in boys

A

Testicular enlargement to >4ml volume using orchidometer: first sign of puberty
Pubic hair growth: follows testicular enlargement, usually between 10-14
Height spurt: when testicular volume is 12-15ml, after a delay of around 18 months
