Vision: give raisin and see if pincer grip there
Fine motor: takes 3 blocks, index point, object permanence
Expressive: vocalise to communicate, poly-syllabic
Receptive: understands own name
Gross Motor: pull to stand, crawl/creep
Social: plays peek a boo, stranger danger, feeds self a biscuit

Receptive: 1st body parts, can name common objects
Gross Motor: walk backwards, throw overhand, kick ball, upstairs handheld
Social: likes to be shown books
Self-care: remove hat, shoes, and socks; independent with spoon

Fine motor: stacking 6 blocks, train of 3 (choo choo). Draw a line
Expressive: Pronouns (I, me, you), Verbs (eat, kick, gone), 2-5 word combos.
Receptive: Prepositions (on and in), names 6 body parts, follows 2 step commands
Gross Motor: confident run, upstairs one at a time holding on, seat self at table
Social: turns single pages of book
Self-care: indicates wet/dirty; independent with cup
3 years
Hearing and Vision
Fine Motor: 3 brick stairs and bridge, handedness established. Can draw circle with tripod grip.
Expressive: Full name, can understand cold, hungry, tired, and thirsty
Receptive: Prepositions (under, up, down, in)
Gross motor: tiptoes, jumps 2 feet together, upstairs like adult, downstairs 1 at a time. Catch big ball, good kick.
Social: name friend, shares, take turns
Self-care: wash hands (needs help to dry)
4 years

Fine Motor: 5 brick-gate, draw a man, draw square. Name 4 colors. Longer of 2 lines.
Expressive: inteligble to strangers, tense past/future, long stories, several rhymes/songs
Receptive: Opposites (big/small). What would you do if cold, hungry, tired. Which one is bigger?
Gross motor: walk and run on tip toe, jump off two steps, downstairs like adult
Social: gives age, hide and seek
Self care: undress independently, wash and dry hands and face.
5 years
Hearing and Vision
Fine motor: 6 brick stairs to go castle, draw triangle, pencil grip matured. Count 15 bricks.
Expressive: grammatically correct sentences including conjunctions and exceptions
Receptive: what things are made of: table, window, pen, key. Enjoys riddles, jokes.
Gross motor: run upstairs, walk a line, skips alternate feet, balance each foot for 6 seconds.
Social: knows and gives address and birthday, names best friend.
Self care: dress independently, uses knife and fork
