What is a determiner
words that come before a noun to introduce it and provide additional information about the quantity and proximity of the noun
The definite article
There’s only one definite article which is THE.It’s used before a noun to indicate that the identity of the reader is known.
Indefinte Article
There are only two indefinite article. They are A and AN.They are used before a noun that is general or when it’s identity is unknown
Numerical determiners
They appear in front of a noun to express specific quantity or order e.g one,two,three e.g first,second,third
quantifiers
Show quantity of something e.g many,few,enough
Demonstrative determiners
Refers only to specific objects or people e.g this,that,theses,those
