french cream having incredibly silky texture and intense chocolate flavor
creme caramel
similar to creme brulee, but caramel is not “bruleed” on top, instead, caramel sauce underneath the custard at bottom of the cup
turtle “style”
named after the popular candy originating in the USA, made with caramel, chocolate, and pecans
