1/2oz Denizen Rum
1/4oz Lazzaroni Amaretto
3/4oz Vanilla Turbo
1.5oz espresso (dbl shot)

Build all ingredients in shaker tin. Shake with ice to chill (too hard foams up like crazy), strain into tulip glass, top with lemon zest.

Hot Bananas Foster

3/4oz Banane du Brazil
3/4oz Vanilla Turbo
1/2oz Fratello (hazelnut)

Heat Irish coffee mug

Combine all ingredients in hot mug, stir, top with coffee and heavy whipped cream. Garnish with biscotti crumbles.

Berries and Cream

1.5oz Haymans Old Tom Gin
1/2oz Lemon
1/2oz creme de mure 
1/2oz cream
1/4oz Berry Syrup
1/2oz agave

Build all ingredients in shaker tin, shake, dbl strain into martini glass, garnish with blackberries/raspberries/whatever fuckin berry you can get.

Whiskey Flip

Answer 4

1.5oz Medley bros 
1/2oz Amaro Montenegro
1/2oz turbo 
1 whole egg
1 shot espresso

Dry shake everything but the espresso, so it doesn’t scramble the egg

Add ice/espresso and shake again.

Strain into Footed Mug, garnish with grated coffee bean.
