Yukon Harbor
Head is bare at low tides. Several settlements and resort villages are along the shores of the harbor.
Harper
1nm WNW of Pt Southworth, is the site of a former ferry pier.
Blake Island-
249ft high, tree covered, off N entrance of Colvos Pass. A light is on the NE point of the island. Shallow irregular bottom extends about .5nm to the north.
Allen Bank
N of Pt Vashon – Popular with fishing vessel depths 10fms and less
Colvos Passage
West Side of Vashon, approx. 1nm wide 11 mile long, free of dangers, passage marked by lights.
Vashon and Maury Island
Moderate rolling elevation and in places rugged, heavily wooded. Many houses and orchards.

Point Vashon
NW tip 305 ft, steep and wooded. Shoal .2 North. A light is 300 yards N of Pt Vashon.
Pt Beals
Measured Mile with 4 orange round markers and 5 radio towers.
Pt Heyer:
Sand spit, then rises rapidly. .2Shoal Radio tower 450ft
Maury Island
Peninsula of Vashon at SE extremity about 5nm long, connected by highway on narrow neck of land. Two radio towers 526ft are .6nm S of the isthmus and three other towers are one mile SE of isthmus.
Point Robinson –
easternmost end of Maury Island – low spit projecting 140 yards from shore with wooded high land behind. Robinson light, 40 ft white octagonal tower on pt, VHF 5 times on 81 A.
Gravel Pits
Two gravel barge berths at gravel pits 1nm SW of Point Robinson.
East Passage
E side of Vashon and Maury Islands, from Alki to Browns Point. TSS runs through the area. Steep wooded banks, homes and mooring buoys. Deep and free from dangers which in no case extend more then .5nm from shore.
