  • C3: supraclavicular fossa lower neck
  • C4: acriomio-clavicular joint upper chest
  • C5: lateral side of antecubital fossa lateral 1/2 of upper arm
  • C6: thumb lateral 1/2 of lower arm and hand, thumb and index
  • C7: middle finger
  • C8: little finger medial 1/2 of hand, ring and little
  • T1: medial side of antecubital fossa medial 1/2 of lower arm
  • T2: apex of axilla medial 1/2 of upper arm, upper chest

  • S1: lateral heel posterior mid-line of lower 1/2 of leg, heel, lateral foot
  • S2: popliteal fossa posterior thigh and posterior upper 1/2 of leg
  • S3: ischial tuberosity saddle area
  • S4-S5: peri-anal region
