  1. High risk of HIV -> HIV testing
  2. Ocular / eyelid involvement -> ophtal referral
  3. At genital area -> GUM referral to exclude other STIs

Antibiotics for acne?

A

Mild-moderate:
Topical clindamycin + topical benzoyl peroxide/tretinoin for 12 weeks

Moderate-severe:
As above OR
Oral doxycycline/lymecycline + topical benzoyl peroxide/adapalene

Pregnancy:
Oral erythromycin

Abx needs to be given alongside topical anti-inflammatories to avoid abx resistant
