Cardiovascular- calcium deposition in intima and media, pericardium and endocardium,early atherosclerosis, cardiomegaly
GIT- upper gi bleed

Site- side of neck, between clavicles, axils, abdomen, groin, perineum, thighs
Skin lesions- yellowish papules collapsing to form plaques giving a lax skin appearance
