What is the derm word for a deep break into the dermis (as well as epidermis) - will heal with scarring

What is itchy dermal oedema called? (transient itchy)
Wheal e.g. urticaria (made from H2 release from urticaria –> the inflam and fluid = wheal) urticaria = blotchy, raised red rash. It’s often very itchy.
What do you call an EPITHELIAL COVERED fluid filled lesion?
Cyst - as has epidermis over the top of it
What do you call dead stratum corneum (top layer of epidermis)?
Scale
What do you call a crack in the epidermis? (not a break in it that = erosion)
Fissure
What do you call small non-blanching lesions from BV leak?
