Face: staph aureus folliculitis, pseudofolliculitis barbae, rosacea, perioral dermatitis

rhinophyma
DDX:
Facial papules and pustules: acne, perioral dermatitis, folliculitis, mite
Facial flushing/erythema: seborrheic dermatitis, SLE, dermatomyositis
Rosacea
DDX: allergic contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, sebhorrheic dermatitis, rosacea, acne vulgaris, steroid acne, fungus, staph infecton
