Presentation of actinic keratoses?
A
Erythematous papules with a sandpaper-like texture over sun-exposed area in elderly, 1% progress to frank squamous cell carcinoma. Can progress to cutaneous horns due to hyperkeratosis.

Presentation of seborrheic keratoses?
A
velvety, greasy, “stuck-on” lesions

Presentation of atopic dermatitis?
A
Type 1 HSR. Highly pruritic papules, plaques, and vesicles. microscopy shows spongiosis (edema of the epidermis).

Presentation of steroid-induced folliculitis?
A
Monomorphous, pink papules with NO COMEDONES.
