A

Soft, wart like fleshy growths - mostly on back, trunk. Look “pasted on” Appear in middle age and older people.

These are benign and the pt can be given reassurance.

Think: “Seb” = oil, “kerat” = horn

  • usually self resolving, topical steroids and antihistamines can be used
