A

Amytryptiline is first line.

Dosulpine has a narrow therapeutic window so should be stopped

A

They have anti muscarinic affects so: Dry mouth, blurred vision, urinary retention, tachycardia Sedation and confusion A1 adrenergic antagonists so postural hypotension
